1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and KhushilGo (Khushil Logistics) concerning your access to and use of the khushilgo.vercel.app website as well as our Android mobile application. By booking a vehicle, truck, or mover through our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

KhushilGo is a platform that connects users with transportation services, including daily car rentals, heavy truck bookings (priced per kilometer), and moving services. We act as an intermediary between users and registered driver partners.

3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is explicitly stated on the vehicle booking page (e.g., per day or per kilometer).
Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or waiting time penalties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to provide flexible logistics solutions, but given the nature of the service, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

Prior to Dispatch: Bookings canceled before the driver is dispatched or 24 hours prior to scheduled rental periods are eligible for a full refund.
Post Dispatch: If a cancellation occurs after the driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate our partners.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information. For self-drive or rented vehicles, you must possess a valid driving license. You are strictly prohibited from using our services for transporting illegal goods, hazardous materials, or utilizing the platform for fraudulent purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strictly vet our driver partners, KhushilGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to traffic delays, minor goods damage during transit, or personal property left in vehicles.
